 Eich's is a family owned business since 1988. This year we're fortunate enough to celebrate 30 years of our family  business.  We came from humble beginnings with little more than a dream. Return Policy

 Custom Orders Return Policy

Retail Return Policy

  • NO Returns/Exchanges are accepted on items that were custom ordered. (I.E.- custom decorated apparel items, lettermen jackets, or custom printed names).  
  • Any orders made on an online spirit-wear store CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 
  • Custom orders cannot be returned/exchanged unless items are defective or decorated incorrectly. In the event that the item is defective/printed incorrectly, we will be sure to replace the item correctly.

Return Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. Products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of original purchase. 

  • No RETURNS are accepted on final sale items.(items will be labeled with final sale stickers).
  • No RETURNS on mouth-guards, athletic cups/supporters.
  • Returns MUST be made within 14 business days from the date of original purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If you don’t have original receipt, store credit will be issued at lowest selling point of product.
  • Items MUST be in original packaging with price tag ATTACHED.
  • Items returned without a receipt will be given store credit.
  • Items must be unused/unworn.
