Return Policy

NO Returns/Exchanges are accepted on items that were custom ordered. (I.E.- custom decorated apparel items, lettermen jackets, or custom printed names).   

Any orders made on an online spirit-wear store cannot be returned or exchanged.   

In the event that a custom ordered item is defective/printed incorrectly, we will be sure to replace the item correctly.  

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase. 

Products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of original purchase.  No exceptions.

Products purchased online may be returned or exchanged in-store.  Products purchased online that are personalized, cannot be returned or exchanged.

For items returned without the original receipt, you will be issued store credit at lowest selling point of product.  

Items must be unused/unworn, in original packaging with price tag ATTACHED.   

NO RETURNS are accepted on final sale items (items will be labeled with final sale stickers)

NO RETURNS on mouth-guards, athletic cups/supporters.
