For Team & Spirit Store merchandise, products may also become unavailable because of manufacturer inventory, supplier changes, discontinued styles, or production limitations.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, Eich’s Sports may contact you regarding a substitute, alternative product, cancellation, refund, or other reasonable solution.

We will not substitute a materially different product without customer approval when approval is reasonably practical.

Eich’s Sports creates and operates online stores for schools, athletic teams, clubs, businesses, organizations, events, and other groups.

Many products offered through these stores are ordered, produced, decorated, or personalized specifically for the applicable organization and customer.

Team & Spirit Store merchandise may therefore be subject to different production times, ordering deadlines, return restrictions, pickup procedures, and other requirements than regular retail merchandise purchased through Shop Eich’s.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct Team & Spirit Store and reviewing their selections carefully before submitting an order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before submitting an order, including:

• Names
• Numbers
• Initials
• Spelling
• Sizes
• Colors
• Garment selections
• Personalization choices
• Other customer-provided information

Eich’s Sports is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted or approved by the customer.

Because personalized and custom-decorated merchandise is produced specifically for the customer or organization, such merchandise is generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, color, preference, or customer ordering errors.

If Eich’s Sports makes an error in decoration or personalization, or if merchandise is defective, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Sizing may vary among manufacturers, brands, garment styles, and products.

Size charts are provided as a convenience when available but do not guarantee a particular fit.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order, particularly for custom or decorated merchandise that cannot be returned or exchanged.

Artwork, graphics, layouts, designs, photographs, product mockups, website content, and other materials created by or for Eich’s Sports may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

Custom artwork or designs created by Eich’s Sports for a customer, school, team, organization, or business remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and any separate agreement between Eich’s Sports and that customer or organization.

Payment for merchandise or decoration services does not automatically transfer ownership of Eich’s Sports artwork, production files, design files, templates, or other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Names, logos, mascots, trademarks, and other identifying marks belonging to schools, teams, businesses, organizations, manufacturers, leagues, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

When customers or organizations provide Eich’s Sports with artwork, logos, names, trademarks, or other materials for reproduction, they represent that they have the authority or permission necessary for Eich’s Sports to use those materials for the requested purpose.

Eich’s Sports reserves the right to decline to reproduce artwork or content that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual-property rights, violate applicable law, or otherwise be inappropriate for production.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of artwork, text, names, numbers, logos, and other materials they submit to Eich’s Sports.

By submitting materials for use on merchandise, you grant Eich’s Sports permission to use, reproduce, modify as necessary for production, and apply those materials for the purpose of completing the requested products or services.

Promotions, sales, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements, quantity limits, or other restrictions.
